Code Club Hobart info session

ACS members, IT professionals and students wanting to find out how to join or become a volunteer with a Code Club? ACS Tasmania in partnership with Code Club and Enterprize Tasmania is providing an Information Session for families, adults and volunteers who are interested in either joining the Enterprize Tasmania’s code club or would like to find our more about joining their local school code club.
Hear from Code Club’s new state manager, Tim Westcott, leading ICT educator, Bob Elliott, Enterprize Tasmania, CEO, Dr Gary McDarby, and ACS Tasmania State Manager, Dr Tristan Richards who lead the Enterprize Tasmania Family Code Club (kids 7-13 years).
The information session will provide an overview of the Code Club program, the Enterprize Tasmania Family Code Club and the soon to be developed code club for adults wanting to learn and develop their coding skills. The information provided is for families and adults, and volunteers wanting get involved.
This event will also kick off the Term 2 Enterprize Tasmania Hobart Family Code Club which is a weekly event held each Monday evening at 5.30pm.
ACS members, IT professionals and students – this is a fun way to develop your skills, mentor the next generation of kids and involve your family in digital technology.
