The Bush Adventures and Positive Ageing teams are working together to provide a fabulous day out at Waterworks Reserve. Enjoy morning tea with the birds, join a gentle guided walk through the bush, then sit back and enjoy some local music and a social barbeque lunch.
Note: Bookings for this event are through Mathers House on 6234 1441 (BH). Please advise if you require transport to and from Mathers House when making your booking. Bus departs Mathers House at 10am and returns by 2pm.
Meet at either: Mathers House, 108 Bathurst St, Hobart at 10am or Waterworks Reserve, Site 9, Waterworks Rd, Ridgeway at 10.30am.
Cost: $10 per person (includes morning tea, lunch and bus)
Bookings are essential for all Bush Adventures. For enquiries and bookings please contact the City of Hobart on 6238 2886 (BH). Payments made by credit card incur a 1% surcharge.
Activities may be cancelled in the event of unsuitable weather conditions (such as severe fire danger) or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs a refund or credit will be given.
For all activities please bring a drink and wear suitable clothing, solid shoes and a hat.
