Northwest Science Community Lunch with Brittany Trubody

Come share a working lunch with other members of the local science community and industry and hear about how you can get more involved in community engagement. National Science Week, held in August each year, is an opportunity for all Australians to celebrate science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) and the role that it plays in our society, our economy and in our everyday lives.
Brittany Trubody will update you on the fabulous things happening with the Science Centre in Ulverstone and across the northwest. The National Science Week planning committee will be on hand to answer your questions about how you can get involved. You’ll be able to network with like-minded people interested in and working in STEM and learn how you can apply for community engagement funding.
Look for the Science Week banner at the Ulverstone History Museum, 50 Main St.
