Science Experience 2018 (year 9-10) HOBART

The Science Experience is a three-day program of science activities held every December for Year 9 and 10 students.

Students participate in a range of hands-on science and engineering activities held on campus under the guidance of university researchers, and take part in laboratory sessions, fieldwork, tours of facilities, and team challenges.
The Science Experience aims to inspire students to continue their science studies, and is supported by the Science Schools Foundation, Rotary, the Australian Science Teachers Association, and ConocoPhillips Australia.

  • Launceston – 4-6 December 2018
  • Hobart – 11-13 December 2018

Cost

The cost to attend is $190. For students requiring financial assistance* – some sponsored positions may be available through Rotary and other local supporters – please contact the Science Experience office directly for more information about sponsorship (03 9756 7534, admin@scienceexperience.com.au)
*Please register if you haven’t yet organised payment and exit at the payment screen. You will still be registered in the system and someone can then contact you to organise financial assistance.
