Waterbug Blitz: Hobart Rivulet – Free training

Using basic tools (hand lens, icecube tray and plastic spoon) and following the guidance of The Waterbug App, participants can easily identify live waterbugs, and upload their observations to a database. The information will then be mapped and analysed to report on Australian waterway health.
In Spring 2018 and 2019, participants from all around Australia will discover how healthy their local rivers and wetlands are, as part of The National WaterbugBlitz. To help get our local communities ready for this National blitz, we are offering this free training.
Everyone is welcome to this free, family friendly event.
